Objectives

Overview of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and its scope for thermal insulation products
EN 13162 to EN 13171 product standards: obligations of manufacturers, assessment and verification of constancy of performance (AVCP), and system 1 requirements
Reaction to fire classification according to EN 13501-1: classes (A1 to F), Criteria for B-s1,d0, C-s2,d1, and their meaning
Test methods involved
Test sample preparation and testing conditions
Test report content and requirements
Factory Production Control (FPC): audits and surveillance according to product standard
CE marking and declaration of performance (DoP) preparation
